RESIDENTIAL WINDOW CLEANING

All windows are cleaned by hand inside and outside. Each window pane is squeegeed, after being scrubbed with a soft cotton mop filled with mild soap and water.Detailing towels are used to dry the window edges.Cobwebs within reach are removed, and window sills wiped clean.Window screens carefully removed, wiped or washed, and replaced. Our ladders will not scratch or dent, neither inside nor outside.Shoe covers are always worn when working inside.

PRESSURE WASHING

Using professional grade equipment we will remove dirt and algae from driveways, sidewalks, patios, wood decks and outdoor furniture. With application of industry standard solution our low pressure house wash will completely revitalize the appearance of your home.
Prior to pressure or chemical wash preparations are always made to make sure that items and areas that need to stay dry and chemical- free are adequately covered, taped off or moved away. Plants are watered before the use of cleaning products, and thoroughly rinsed after to keep chemical absorption to a minimum.As a result It is very rare for any plant damage to occur.

GUTTER CLEANING, REPAIR AND UPGRADES

We will completely remove all leaves and other debris from your roof, gutters, and downspouts. If needed, downspout underground extensions will be checked with water to ensure proper functioning of your gutter system

Mess-free gutter cleaning is our objective.All debris will be blown off of decks, porches, sidewalks, and driveways.Complimentary paper bags will be used if necessary.

We also offer quality repair of loose gutter and caulking of leaking gutter joints.

We can install gutter guards for you as well.
